I had an emergency with a clogged toilet when I couldn't fix the issue myself; that's why I relied on Thumbtack, and they paired me with Elite Rooter. Melissa at Elite Rooter was able to schedule me that afternoon, and within 1.5hrs Daniel was here to help me! He was able to help guide me to fix the clogged plumbing but also pointed out that it may be time for me to retrofit the old sewage piping. My experience with Elite was top-notch, and I would recommend their service.

Yesterday I was experiencing flooding as it was raining when my sump pump failed. I also had a sick baby at home and it was 5 PM. Daniel from elite Rooter peninsula came out and so kindly and responsibly checked out my sump pump system and with a quick fix of the tube he was able to make it all work. After all of that, he didn’t even went to charge me to come out. I am beyond thankful and so appreciative of his time sensitive response and willingness to help. On top of this quote to perform further service was the lowest of four that I received. I think his work is very cost competitive and really impressed me beyond that as well .

I am extremely disappointed with their work. This seems to be the game they're playing – starting with small requests, then insisting on replacing the entire sewer and charging a substantial amount. They pulled the same tactic with me a few days ago, but I opted for a more affordable option. After digging a big hole, my worker informed me that nothing was broken, just some hair blocking the sewer. We could have simply hired a pumper company. I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency to ensure everyone is aware of their deceptive practices.
